The Three Cs:
-

Connect
Together, we will get to know each other. It’s very important I learn precisely what makes you tick and how to best utilize everything you bring to the table: your experiences, personality, family, career, likes & dislikes, motivations, and ultimately, your goals. Establishing a safe space to freely connect and diagnose exactly what your goals are is imperative.
-

Construct
The connection informs how we build the plan together. Everyone is different and no two houses are exactly the same. We aren’t out to change your identity and values, but how to best use those to your advantage. Like a house, we’ll clear the lot, build a foundation, and start the framing. I know what we need to do to get you there.
-

Collaborate
Our stepwise, pragmatic plan will be a collaboration throughout. My job is to provide real, tangible steps, help keep you on course, stay focused on the outcome, and ultimately hold you accountable. But your collaboration is also with your community. The changes we make together integrate into your daily life.
-

Commitment
Your life and goals may evolve as we collaborate together, but maintaining good practices is a commitment. Whether the context is focused on leadership, relationship, family, or something else, the goals we reach together are followed by your renewed commitment to see sustained success. If you make the commitment, you will see results.
