So what’s this all about?
Coaching is forward-looking, action-oriented, and results-focused. It uses your voice, experience, and value system to work with where you are currently. That informs real, actionable steps I guide to get you to where you want to be: efficiently and effectively. As a Certified Professional Coach, my job is to partner with you to help channel it.
My work in Coaching is inspired by my own experiences in business, teaching, and personal life. I use these to inform these eclectic focuses:
Personal & Career Navigation
Leadership & Communication Skills
Retirement Fulfillment
Time Management Strategy
Early Parenting & Work-Life Balance
Relationships & Family Dynamics
Entrepreneurialism & Freelancing

A bit about me.
I started coaching to aggregate all of my interests and experiences to help others one-on-one. I have successfully worked across media, production, advertising, and news industries for 23 years. Over my career, I have worked for and with companies ranging from tiny startups to Fortune 500 companies, and started multiple businesses of my own (some successful, some not). I have taught college for over a decade, and am deeply engaged in my community, where I volunteer in various capacities with organizations focused on public education, mentorship, content creation, journalism, and local civics.
My childhood was informed by alcoholism, drug addiction, abuse, parentification, and divorce on top of real love and support. This dichotomy shaped me later into adulthood, as I’ve grappled with stuttering and a near lifetime of chronic pain.
I’ve lived in Connecticut for 13 years after having spent time in New York (state and city), South Carolina, and Massachusetts. My greatest loves by far are my two daughters, wife, and family, followed by great music, New England sports, bad jokes, family movie nights, and the outdoors.
Coaching is an extension of all of my experiences and yours. I look forward to collaborating with you on your own journey.
